Ter-119 Marker

The Ter-119 marker is a monoclonal antibody used to identify mouse erythroid cells, making it valuable for studying red blood cell development. It recognizes a cell-surface epitope associated with glycophorin A, whose expression increases as erythroid progenitors mature through successive stages of erythropoiesis. In developmental biology, Ter-119 staining allows researchers to detect, quantify, and isolate erythroid populations from embryonic, fetal, and adult tissues using flow cytometry or microscopy. Comparing Ter-119-positive cells across developmental stages helps characterize hematopoietic differentiation and evaluate disruptions in erythroid production.

Multiplexed Immunofluorescence Assay for Spatial Assessment of Senescence Markers in vivo

2026

Multiplexed immunofluorescence enables sequential labeling of multiple antibody markers within a single tissue section to support spatial analysis of tissue architecture and cell populations. Here, a workflow for multiplex detection of senescence-associated, structural, and immune markers is presented, including manual and automated slide preparation, iterative imaging, and single-cell analysis using digital pathology software.
