Gmp-compliant Manufacturing

GMP-compliant manufacturing is the controlled production of medicines, biologics, and other health products under Good Manufacturing Practice standards, which protect identity, strength, quality, and purity. It relies on validated processes, qualified equipment, trained personnel, controlled facilities, documentation, testing, and traceability to minimize contamination, mix-ups, and variability from raw materials through final release. In immunology and infection research, these principles support consistent manufacture of vaccines, antibodies, immune-based therapies, and related products for laboratory studies and clinical use. GMP compliance also enables regulatory oversight, reproducible results, and reliable translation of laboratory discoveries into safe, scalable products.

Steel Manufacturing

2024

Steel manufacturing is a multi-stage process that begins by smelting iron ore into cast iron in a blast furnace. This initial stage involves layering iron ore with coke, a type of fuel, and crushed limestone within the furnace. The coke is ignited with a high volume of air, leading to the creation of carbon monoxide, which acts to reduce the iron ore to pure iron. During this smelting process, limestone plays a crucial role by forming slag. Slag captures impurities within the molten iron, such...
