3d Video Production

3D video production is the process of creating moving images with digitally modeled objects, environments, lighting, cameras, and animation, enabling viewers to perceive depth and spatial relationships. Artists build or scan three-dimensional assets, assign materials and textures, animate scenes, and render frames using virtual cameras and lighting that simulate how light interacts with surfaces. In environmental science and communication, these techniques can visualize ecosystems, climate processes, geological change, and proposed conservation or infrastructure projects at scales that are difficult to observe directly. Interactive or cinematic 3D models can support education, field-data interpretation, scenario planning, and public engagement while reducing reliance on physical prototypes or repeated site visits.

This manuscript describes the production, characterization and potential uses of a tissue engineered 3D esophageal construct prepared from normal primary human esophageal fibroblast and squamous epithelial cells seeded within a de-cellularized porcine scaffold. The results demonstrate the formation of a mature stratified epithelium similar to the normal human esophagus.

Recombinant protein-engineered hydrogels are advantageous for 3D cell culture as they allow for complete tunability of the polymer backbone and therefore, the cell microenvironment. Here, we describe the process of recombinant elastin-like protein purification and its application in 3D hydrogel cell encapsulation.
