Glucose-Stimulated Insulin Secretion via Perfusion through the Mice Vasculature with an Intact Pancreas

ELISA後の結果は、灌流液グルコースレベルに依存する程度で、マウス膵臓からのインスリン分泌を示すはずです。マウスにおけるこの手順は新規であるため、結果とその成功の分析は、灌流マウス膵臓の他の複数の試験との比較に依存します。高グルコース濃度に対する二相性インスリン反応は、ヒト被験者および膵島周辺融合法で評価されるように、生理学的であると考えられています。提示された結果は、ラットにおける以前の膵臓灌流と同様です22。3つの独立した実験からの平均インスリンレベルは、高グルコース(16.8 mM)によって誘発される特徴的な第1段階のインスリン分泌を示し、その後、グルコース濃度が低下すると分泌が抑制され、低グルコースレベル(2.6 mM)の存在下でも分泌促進剤(IBMX)に応答して分泌が増加します。使用したマウスは、オスとメスの両方で、1歳以上でした(図3)。他の特徴を持つマウスの灌流膵臓を調べるさらなる研究を行う必要があります。
