Immunophenotyping Panel

An immunophenotyping panel is a coordinated set of antibodies and other detection reagents used to identify and characterize cells by their surface or intracellular markers, making it important for distinguishing heterogeneous cell populations. In cancer research, labeled antibodies bind selected antigens, and instruments such as flow cytometers measure fluorescence from individual cells to generate a marker profile; panel design balances marker selection, fluorophore compatibility, and controls. Researchers use these profiles to classify tumor and immune cells, assess disease-associated phenotypes, monitor treatment-related changes, and evaluate responses in complex samples. Well-designed panels support reproducible biomarker analysis and can clarify how tumors interact with the surrounding immune microenvironment.

Wood panel products are essential materials used in construction for applications such as flooring, siding, and roofing, typically available in standard dimensions of 4 feet by 8 feet, with thicknesses varying from one-quarter of an inch to one and one-eighth inches. Among the most common types of wood panels is plywood, which is produced by gluing multiple layers of thin wood veneers under pressure. The grain of the outer veneers runs lengthwise, while the grains of the interior layers run...

Whole blood Immunophenotyping is indispensable for monitoring the human immune system. However, the number of reagents required and the instability of specific fluorochromes in premixed cocktails necessitates daily reagent preparation. Here we show that semi-automated preparation of staining antibody cocktail helps establish reliable immunophenotyping by minimizing variability in reagent dispensing.

Microplate Assistive Pipetting Light Emitter (M.A.P.L.E.) is a computer-driven device that systematically illuminates microtiter wells to provide guidance for the manual preparation of microplates. M.A.P.L.E. improves the accuracy of microplate preparation while automating data recordkeeping. In addition, it can assist with examining microplate quality or aid in the detection of errors.

Current methods of analyzing patients’ adherence to complex drug resistant-tuberculosis (DR-TB) regimens can be inaccurate and resource-intensive. Our method analyzes hair, an easily collected and stored matrix, for concentrations of 11 DR-TB medications. Using LC-MS/MS, we can determine sub-nanogram drug levels that can be utilized to better understand drug adherence.
