Karina Bradshaw is the Science Faculty Librarian at the University of Bath, leading a small expert team which works in partnership with the Faculty of Science. She has over thirty years of subject librarian experience in UK higher education libraries. Throughout this time, she has worked primarily with science and health departments. She was one of a selection of librarians in the UK invited to join a JISC Athens Advisory Committee, and, shortly after joining Bath University in 2011, she was invited to be one of the founding members of the Institute of Physics Press European Library Advisory Board. She has a range of professional interests which has led to a variety of opportunities. For example, in 2014, she provided online search skills teaching in a MOOC when they were first being introduced at the university. She has also collaborated on library projects further afield with university partners in Jordan and South Africa. She enjoys applying her experience and knowledge in working partnerships and supporting library and sector developments. k.bradshaw@bath.ac.uk
