Prp Lysate

PRP lysate is a cell-free biological preparation made by disrupting platelets in platelet-rich plasma to release concentrated signaling molecules, and it is studied for its potential to support tissue repair. Freeze-thaw cycles or other lysis methods break platelet membranes, liberating growth factors, cytokines, and adhesive proteins into the surrounding fluid. In medicine and regenerative research, PRP lysate is investigated for wound healing, inflammation control, musculoskeletal recovery, and stimulation of cell proliferation. Its composition can vary with donor characteristics, platelet concentration, processing conditions, and storage, making standardized preparation important for reproducible laboratory and clinical evaluation.
