Human organoids provide a more physiologically relevant in vitro model compared to traditional cell lines or animal models. They recapitulate the complex architecture and functions of organs to a certain extent, enabling researchers to investigate the mechanisms of human diseases, drug screening and development, regenerative medicine, as well as basic biological research.
The aim of this section is to expand the knowledge of consolidation and dissemination, create the standardization and comparison, inspire the new ideas and innovation and also provide educational resource for beginners.
