Micro-forceps Extraction

Micro-forceps extraction is a microsurgical technique that uses miniature forceps to grasp and remove small tissues, foreign bodies, or other targeted material with high precision. Performed under magnification, the instrument’s fine jaws apply controlled pressure to secure the target while minimizing traction and disruption of surrounding structures. In medicine, this approach supports delicate procedures in fields such as ophthalmic, reconstructive, and minimally invasive surgery, where conventional instruments may lack the necessary access or control. By enabling precise manipulation through small operative fields, micro-forceps extraction can improve tissue preservation, procedural accuracy, and the management of localized lesions or retained material.

Extraction Extraction is a common technique used in organic chemistry to isolate a target compound. In the extraction process, a solute is transferred from one phase to another to separate it from unreacted starting materials or impurities. Extraction is also used to facilitate the isolation of a solute from a reaction solvent that is difficult to remove by evaporation, such as a solvent with a high boiling point. Generally, there are three types of extractions. First, in solid-liquid...
