Led Desk Lamp

An LED desk lamp is a compact lighting device that produces focused, energy-efficient illumination using light-emitting diodes, making it useful for close visual work and laboratory tasks. When electrical current passes through a semiconductor junction, electrons and holes recombine and release energy as visible photons; the lamp’s optics direct this light onto a work surface. In biochemistry, suitable brightness, beam direction, and color rendering can improve visibility when preparing solutions, labeling tubes, reading protocols, or examining color-based assays. Adjustable LED lighting can also support comfortable bench work while generating less heat than many conventional lamps.

2015

Diagnosis of Eimeria infection in chickens remains demanding. Parasite morphology- and host pathology-led approaches are commonly inconclusive, while molecular approaches based on PCR have proven demanding in cost and expertise. The aim of this protocol is to establish loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) as a straightforward molecular diagnostic for eimerian infection.
