Post-treatment Analysis

Post-treatment analysis is the systematic evaluation of a patient’s response, recovery, and ongoing needs after a medical intervention. It combines follow-up examinations, laboratory or imaging results, symptom assessment, and documentation of adverse effects with comparison to the patient’s baseline and treatment goals. In medicine, this process helps determine whether therapy achieved its intended outcome, identify complications or recurrence, and guide continued monitoring, rehabilitation, medication changes, or additional treatment. Standardized post-treatment analysis also supports clinical research by measuring effectiveness, safety, quality of care, and long-term patient outcomes across therapies and populations.

Tracking Drug-induced Changes in Receptor Post-internalization Trafficking by Colocalizational Analysis

2015

Receptor trafficking modulates signaling and cell responsiveness to ligands and is, itself, responsive to cell conditions, including ligand-induced signaling. Here, we describe a powerful and flexible technique for quantitatively assessing drug-induced receptor trafficking using immunolabeling and colocalizational analysis.

Generation and Single-Cell Transcriptomic Analysis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Organoids following Drug Treatment

Here, we present a protocol to automate single-cell histone post-translational modification analysis using an isotopic two-plex labeling strategy and ArgC digestion. This workflow enables quantitative, reproducible, and high-sensitivity profiling of chromatin heterogeneity and epigenetic responses at single-cell resolution.
