Muscles that Move the Forearm

Muskeln, die den Unterarm bewegen, beugen und strecken sich am Ellenbogengelenk und pronieren und supinieren an den Radioulnargelenken.
Der Bizeps brachii, brachialis und brachioradialis sind Unterarmbeuger.
Der Bizeps brachii ist ein zweiköpfiger Muskel, der sich am vorderen Oberarm befindet. Er beugt den Ellenbogen und supiniert den Unterarm.
Der Brachialis liegt direkt unter dem Bizeps brachii und hilft bei der Beugung des Ellenbogens.
Der Brachioradialis befindet sich am lateralen Unterarm. Es beugt den Ellbogen und bewirkt sowohl eine Pronation als auch eine Supination des Unterarms.
Der Trizeps brachii und der Anconeus sind Unterarmstrecker.
Der Trizeps brachii ist ein dreiköpfiger Muskel, der sich an der Rückseite des Oberarms befindet. Sie streckt den Unterarm am Ellenbogengelenk und den Arm am Schultergelenk.
Der Anconeus ist ein kleiner dreieckiger Muskel am Ellenbogengelenk, der den Unterarm streckt.
Sowohl der Pronator teres als auch der Pronator quadratus tragen zur Pronation des Unterarms an den Radioulnargelenken bei, während der Musculus supinatorius den Unterarm an den Radioulnargelenken supiniert.

Unterarmbeuger

Die Bizeps brachii, Brachialis und Brachioradialis sind Unterarmbeuger. Der Bizeps brachii besteht aus zwei Köpfen. Sein langer Kopf entspringt am Tuberculum supraglenoidale des Schulterblatts, während sich der kurze Kopf am Processus coracoideus des Schulterblatts befindet. Die Köpfe verschmelzen und setzen am Tuberculum radialis ein. Eine faserige Membran, die als bizipitale Aponeurose bekannt ist, tritt aus dem distalen Ende des Bizeps brachii aus und dringt in die tiefe Faszie des Unterarms ein. Die vordere Oberfläche des Oberarmknochens ist der Ursprungsort des Musculus brachialis. Es setzt in die Tuberositas ulnaris und den Processus coronoideus der Ulna ein. Der Musculus brachioradialis entspringt am lateralen Rand des distalen Endes des Humerus und setzt am Radius oberhalb des Processus styloideus an.

Unterarmstrecker

Der Triceps brachii und der Anconeus sind Unterarmstrecker. Der Triceps brachii ist ein dreiköpfiger Muskel. Sein langer Kopf entspringt am Tuberculum infraglenoidale. Der laterale Kopf entspringt der lateralen und hinteren Oberfläche des Humerus. Die hintere Oberfläche des Humerus ist auch der Ursprungspunkt für den medialen Kopf. Gemeinsam werden die drei Köpfe am Olecranon der Elle eingesetzt. Schließlich entspringt der Anconeus vom Humerus am lateralen Epicondylus und setzt am Olecranon und am oberen Teil des Ulnarschafts an.

Pronatoren und Supinatoren

Pronator teres und Pronator quadratus sind Pronatoren des Unterarms. Der Pronator teres hat seinen Ursprung am medialen Epikondylus des Humerus und am Processus coronoideus der Ulna. Der Einsatz erfolgt auf der mittleren Seitenfläche des Radius. Der Pronator quadratus entsteht am distalen Schaft der Elle und setzt am distalen Teil des Radius an. Der Musculus supinator supiniert den Unterarm. Er entspringt am lateralen Epikondylus des Humerus und am Kamm in der Nähe der radialen Kerbe der Ulna. Er setzt an der lateralen Oberfläche des proximalen Drittels des Radius an.

Forearm muscles help the arm bend, straighten, and rotate at the elbow and radioulnar joints. They are grouped as forearm flexors, forearm extensors, forearm pronators, and forearm supinators. The flexors and extensors act on the elbow joint. The pronators and supinators act on the radioulnar joints.

The forearm flexors are the biceps brachii, brachialis, and brachioradialis. The biceps brachii has two heads. Its long head begins at the supraglenoid tubercle of the scapula, and its short head begins at the coracoid process of the scapula. The heads join and insert at the radial tuberosity. A fibrous sheet called the bicipital aponeurosis extends from the lower biceps brachii and connects to the deep fascia of the forearm. The brachialis starts on the front surface of the humerus and inserts on the ulnar tuberosity and coronoid process of the ulna. The brachioradialis begins on the lateral border of the lower humerus and inserts on the radius above the styloid process.

The forearm extensors are the triceps brachii and anconeus. The triceps brachii has three heads. Its long head starts at the infraglenoid tubercle. Its lateral head starts on the lateral and posterior surface of the humerus. Its medial head also starts on the posterior surface of the humerus. The three heads join and insert at the olecranon of the ulna. The anconeus starts at the lateral epicondyle of the humerus. It inserts on the olecranon and the upper part of the ulnar shaft.

The forearm pronators are pronator teres and pronator quadratus. Pronator teres starts at the medial epicondyle of the humerus and the coronoid process of the ulna. It inserts on the mid-lateral surface of the radius. Pronator quadratus starts on the distal shaft of the ulna and inserts on the distal part of the radius. The supinator muscle turns the forearm into the supinated position. It starts at the lateral epicondyle of the humerus and the ridge near the radial notch of the ulna. It inserts on the lateral surface of the upper one-third of the radius.
