Global Validation Strategy

Global Validation Strategy is a coordinated, risk-based framework for demonstrating that processes, equipment, analytical methods, and computerized systems consistently meet predefined requirements across locations and their full lifecycle. It works by linking user needs and quality objectives to qualification, validation protocols, acceptance criteria, documented evidence, continued monitoring, and change control, while accounting for regional regulatory expectations. In bioengineering, this strategy supports reliable production of biopharmaceuticals, engineered tissues, and diagnostic technologies by aligning development and manufacturing activities. A consistent approach reduces variability, strengthens data integrity, facilitates technology transfer, and provides traceable evidence for product quality, safety, and regulatory decisions.

This study aimed to present a strategy for identifying drug-peptide interactions. The strategy involves the biopanning of drug-recognizing short peptides based on a quartz-crystal microbalance (QCM) biosensor, followed by bioinformatics analysis for quantitatively assessing the information obtained for the drug recognition and annotation of the drug-binding sites on proteins.

Global Climate Change

2019

Throughout its ~4.5 billion year history, the Earth has experienced periods of warming and cooling. However, the current drastic increase in global temperatures is well outside of the Earth’s cyclic norms, and evidence for human-caused global climate change is compelling. Paleoclimatology, the study of ancient climate conditions, provides ample evidence for human-caused global climate change by comparing recent conditions with those in the past. Past Periods of Warming and Cooling In the last...
