有機溶媒中で直径12nmの金ナノ粒子(Auナノ粒子)を合成するプロトコルを提示する。金ナノ粒子は、凝集を防ぐためにオレイラミンリガンドでキャップされています。金ナノ粒子はトルエンなどの有機溶媒に可溶性である。
