In Daqiang Yin's lab, she studied the toxicity effects and potential toxicology mechanism of a new kind of drinking water disinfection byproduct called tribromoacetaldehyde using human embryo kidney cell line. After that she turned to focus on neurological toxicology of an emerging persistent organic pollutant, chlorinated paraffins(CPs) using zebrafish as a model organism.
