Rapid Tissue Preparation

Rapid tissue preparation is a set of laboratory methods that reduces the time required to preserve, process, and visualize biological tissues while maintaining cellular and structural detail. The workflow typically accelerates fixation, dehydration, clearing, and embedding, followed by thin sectioning and staining; controlled processing conditions help limit tissue distortion and preserve target molecules. In biology, these methods provide timely access to samples for histology, microscopy, and diagnostic evaluation. They are especially useful when researchers need to assess tissue morphology, compare experimental conditions, or guide downstream molecular analyses without the delays associated with conventional preparation.
