Vi foreslår en celle ekspansion protokol om kombineret makroporøs microcarriers og deres anvendelse som levering system i en perfusion bioreaktor til frø et decellularized væv matrix. Vi også omfatter forskellige teknikker til at bestemme celleproliferation og levedygtighed af celler dyrkes på microcarriers. Derudover viser vi funktionalitet af celler efter bioreaktor kulturer.
