Raven Cpm Test

The Raven CPM Test, or Raven’s Coloured Progressive Matrices, is a nonverbal assessment of reasoning ability that measures how individuals identify relationships and patterns in visual information. Each item presents a geometric figure with a missing section, and the test taker selects the option that completes the pattern by comparing shapes, positions, colors, and other visual features. Designed for children and people with limited language or cognitive abilities, the test is widely used in behavioral research, educational assessment, and clinical settings to examine fluid reasoning while reducing the influence of verbal skills and formal schooling.

What is Conservation Biology?

2019

Conservation biology is a scientific field that focuses on the preservation of biodiversity in order to protect ecosystems while meeting the needs of the human population. Humans require properly functioning ecosystems to maintain our supply of natural resources, including food, medicines, and building materials. Ecosystems also perform critical services, such as purifying our air and water. A large body of evidence indicates that such ecosystem services depend on biodiversity. Furthermore,...

Tregs are potent suppressors of the immune system. There is a lack of unique surface markers to define them, hence, definitions of Tregs are primarily functional. Here we describe an optimized in vitro assay capable of identifying immune imbalance in subjects at risk to develop T1D.
