T Cell B Cell Visualization

T cell B cell visualization refers to methods used to identify and examine these two major lymphocyte populations, revealing their distribution, morphology, and interactions in immune tissues. Typically, antibodies bind characteristic surface markers on T or B cells and carry fluorescent labels, allowing researchers to detect the cells through fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, or related imaging approaches. These techniques help distinguish immune cell subsets, track localization during immune responses, and assess changes in health and disease. In biology research, visualization supports studies of adaptive immunity, lymphoid tissue organization, infection, inflammation, vaccination, and immunotherapy.

Studying Interactions between Myeloid Cells and CAR T Cells In Vitro and In Vivo

2025

Given the limited xenograft models available to study interactions between human CART and myeloid cells, we established in vitro and in vivo models to understand the impacts of human macrophages on CART cells. Findings can potentially be generalized to evaluate macrophage roles in the tumor microenvironment and test macrophage-targeted immunotherapies.

Adhesive micropatterns that normalize cellular architecture can be used to increase sensitivity in the detection of drug effects, improve reproducibility and simplify automated image acquisition and analysis. Such technology will benefit drug/siRNA screening assays, performed on conventional cell culture supports and consequently suffering from excessive cell-to-cell variability.
