Hier presenteren we methodologie voor de klonale analyse van hematopoietische stamcellen precursoren tijdens lymfkliertest embryonale ontwikkeling. Wij combineren index sortering van afzonderlijke cellen uit de embryonale aorta-gonaden-mesonephros regio met endothelial co celkweek en transplantatie te karakteriseren de fenotypische eigenschappen en het engraftment potentieel van één hematopoietische precursoren.
