Fluoro-4 Anti-cd3

Fluoro-4 Anti-CD3 is a fluorescently labeled antibody reagent used to identify CD3, a protein complex associated with T cells, in immunological samples. The antibody binds specifically to CD3 on the cell surface, while its Fluoro-4 label generates a detectable optical signal when illuminated at the appropriate wavelength, allowing labeled cells to be distinguished from other populations. In immunology and infection research, this reagent supports T-cell immunophenotyping by flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy, helping researchers quantify immune-cell populations, assess sample composition, and investigate cellular responses during infection, inflammation, and immune activation.

A method is described with visual accompaniment for conducting scalable, high throughput selections from phage-displayed combinatorial synthetic antibody libraries against hundreds of antigens simultaneously. Using this parallel approach, we have isolated antibody fragments that exhibit high affinity and specificity for diverse antigens that are functional in standard immunoassays.
