Formålet med denne protokol er at smelte to forskellige celletyper for at oprette hybridceller. Fluorescens mikroskopi analyse af smeltet celler bruges til at spore cellen af oprindelsen af cellulære organeller. Denne analyse kan bruges til at undersøge, hvordan cellulær struktur og funktion reagerer på forstyrrelse ved cellefusion.
