次に、すべてのフォールドで精度指標を平均してモデル全体のパフォーマンスを評価します。最後に、線形判別解析(LDA)を用いて、表面強化ラマン散乱データセットの次元を低減し、可視化します。訓練済み線形判別解析モデルを用いて、サンプルグループ間の直接分類を行います。
