Bioinformatics Analysis

Bioinformatics analysis is the use of computational methods to organize, examine, and interpret biological data, helping researchers convert large datasets into meaningful biological insights. It combines sequence alignment, database searches, statistical analysis, and visualization to identify patterns in DNA, RNA, and protein sequences, including similarities, mutations, and potential functional relationships. In biology, these approaches support genome annotation, gene expression studies, evolutionary comparisons, and the investigation of disease-associated changes. By linking computational results with experimental evidence, bioinformatics analysis improves the efficiency of research and helps reveal how genetic information contributes to cellular functions and organismal traits.
