Coxiella burnetii är en obligat intracellulär gramnegativ bakterie som är ansvarig för den zoonos Q-feber. Här beskriver vi metoder för generering av Coxiella fluorescerande transposonmutanter mutanter samt automatisk identifiering och analys av de resulterande interna, replikering och cytotoxiska fenotyper.
