Hier präsentieren wir ein Protokoll für die Synthese von Plazenta Chondroitinsulfat A Bindung Peptid (PlCSA-BP)-konjugiert Lipid-Polymer Nanopartikel über einstufigen Beschallung und Bioconjugate Techniken. Diese Partikel bilden ein neuartiges Instrument für die gezielte Bereitstellung von Therapeutika, die meisten menschlichen Tumoren und Plazenta Trophoblasten zur Behandlung von Krebserkrankungen und plazentare Störungen.
