We presenteren een protocol voor de isolatie, cultuur en adipogene inductie van neurale kam afgeleide vet-afgeleide stamcellen (NCADSCs) uit de periaortische vetweefsel van Wnt-1 Cre+/-; Rosa26RFP/+ muizen.
