ELISA(イライザ/エライザ)法は酵素免疫測定法とも呼ばれ、特定の標的タンパク質の存在を確認するために広く利用されます。
洗浄、結合のステップを経て、96ウェルプレートに吸着した目的のタンパク質を酵素標識された抗体で認識させます。基質を加えることで酵素反応が起こり発色するため、タンパク質の同定と定量が可能になります。
ELISA法の前にまず使用する器具と試薬について確認しておきましょう。
ELISA反応には通常96ウェルのマイクロプレートを使用します。ウェルの底が平らなので実験サンプルや検出用抗体が容易にまんべんなく広がります。
