Polykristallina kisel tunnfilms-solceller på glas tillverkas genom avsättning av bor och fosfor dopade kisel lager följt av kristallisering, defekt passivering och metallisering. Plasmoniska ljus svällning införs genom att bilda Ag nanopartiklar på kisel cellytan utjämnade med en diffus reflektor resulterar i ~ 45% fotoström tillbehör.
