Här presenteras en kostnadseffektiv och transportabel metod/anläggning för att mäta den primära produktiviteten hos mikrobiella mattor under faktiska in situ miljötemperaturer och ljusförhållanden. Den experimentella installationen är baserad på allmänt tillgängliga material och kan användas under olika förhållanden samtidigt som den erbjuder fördelarna med laboratoriebaserade modeller.
