Improved Renal Denervation Mitigated Hypertension Induced by Angiotensin II Infusion Ming Wang*1,2, Shuyi Zhang*1,2, Wanling Han1,2, Maoqing Ye1,2, Xinkai Qu1,2, Wenzheng Han1,2 1Department of Cardiology, Huadong Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, 2Shanghai Key Laboratory of Clinical Geriatric Medicine Here, we present a protocol for renal sympathetic denervation (RDN) in mice with hypertension induced by Angiotensin II infusion. The procedure is repeatable, convenient and allows to study the regulatory mechanisms of RDN on hypertension and cardiac hypertrophy.

The NCADSCs can be an easily accessible source of ADSCs for modeling adipogenesis or lipogenesis in vitro.
