The transparency of the cornea and vascularization of the graft allows for continuously recording progenitor cell recruitment and mature T-cell egress.
Antimicrobial Characterization of Advanced Materials for Bioengineering Applications Miguel Martí*1, Belén Frígols*1, Angel Serrano-Aroca1 1Facultad de Veterinaria y Ciencias Experimentales, Universidad Católica de Valencia San Vicente Mártir We present a protocol for the antimicrobial characterization of advanced materials. Here, the antimicrobial activity on material surfaces is measured by two methods that complement each other: one is based on the agar disk diffusion test, and the other is a standard procedure based on the ISO 22196:2007 norm.
