This protocol can be used to identify features indicative of health or disease, and is aimed at improving the screening and selection of donor tissues, and hence the results of keratoplasty. The aim of this manuscript is to highlight the methods of three different protocols of CXL: conventional CXL (C-CXL), accelerated CXL (A-CXL), and iontophoresis CXL (I-CXL).
