細胞増殖染色を用いて、ゼブラフィッシュT急性リンパ芽球性白血病モデルにおける静止細胞を同定しました。染色は非分裂細胞に保持され、細胞増殖中に減少するため、さらなる調査のために休眠細胞を選択できます。このプロトコルは、細胞の静止の文脈で自己複製を研究するための機能的なツールを提供します。
