Single-cell elektroporatie (SCE) is een gespecialiseerde techniek waardoor de levering van DNA of andere macromoleculen in individuele cellen in intact weefsel, ook in vivo preparaten. Hier hebben we detail de procedure voor SCE van een fluorescente kleurstof of plasmide DNA in neuronen in de intacte hersenen van de Xenopus laevis kikkervisje.
