- 切换到分化培养基与烟酰胺(DM / NIC; 表1);每天喂。

2.隔离色素胰岛

3.传代干细胞衍生的RPE

- 重板的细胞从一个(或两个)24孔到一个基质涂敷的6孔中每孔3毫升的DM(1:5展开)。

Representative Results

Discussion
