En protokol til design og konstruktion af en jord beholder forbundet med en lille klima kontrollerede vindtunnel for at studere virkningerne af atmosfæriske påvirkninger på fordampning præsenteres. Både jorden tank og vindtunnel er instrumenteret med sensorteknologier til kontinuerlig in situ måling af miljøforholdene.
