Hier presenteren we een protocol om te dwingen bloei in mandarin bomen onder Fytotron omstandigheden. Water stress, hoge verlichtingssterkte en een gesimuleerde voorjaar fotoperiode toegestaan levensvatbare bloemen kunnen worden verkregen in een korte periode van tijd. Deze methodologie kan onderzoekers hebben meerdere bloei-perioden in 1 jaar.
