Patofysiologiske ændringer i hjerte-autonome nervesystem, især i dets sympatiske gren, bidrager til debut og vedligeholdelse af ventrikulære arytmier. I denne protokol viser vi, hvordan man karakteriserer murine stellate ganglier for at forbedre forståelsen af de underliggende molekylære og cellulære processer.
