Het artikel is voornamelijk gericht op de gecombineerde kracht van optische (lineaire en niet-lineaire) en holografische methoden die worden gebruikt om verschijnselen op nanoschaal te onthullen. De resultaten verkregen uit de biofotonische en oscillerende chemische reacties ' studies worden gegeven als representatieve voorbeelden, die het vermogen van holografie benadrukken om dynamiek op nanoschaal te onthullen.
