L'administration intratrachéale (IT) des agents expérimentaux chez les souris a souvent comme conséquence la livraison asymétrique aux poumons distal. Dans ce rapport, nous décrivons une approche intrabronchique directe (IB) pour cannuler chaque poumon dans les souris vivantes non-opératoirement. Cette approche peut être utilisée pour administrer sélectivement des agents à un poumon ou peut être adaptée pour améliorer l'administration d'agents symétriques aux deux poumons.
