Charles Deeter is a Product Specialist with Agilent's Cell Analysis group, responsible for the Seahorse XF Product Line for the Southeast United States.  Previously, he worked as a Field Engineer in Chicago with Agilent’s HPLC and Mass Spectrometry product lines .  Once Agilent decided to move forward with starting the Cell Analysis team in 2016, he joined Seahorse Bioscience in Boston, MA, eventually being promoted to cover the Seahorse XF product line from Nashville, TN.

Before industry, Charles worked at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the Division of Vector Borne Diseases under Dr. Jeff Chang, developing DNA vaccines for dengue virus, yellow fever virus, and West Nile virus.  The initial research at the CDC sparked his interest in biotechnology, and part of the decision to join the Seahorse Bioscience team. He received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Kansas.
