在电子表格软件上保留板布局。要开始此过程，请将集成微流体电路或 IFC 放在工作台上，并使用注射器检查阀门。取下注射器的盖子，将其垂直于一个阀门放置，然后用力按压。
O 形圈应该移动。用控制管路液体填充芯片。使用第二个阀门重复上述步骤后，去除芯片底部的黑色薄膜。
