分离不良的常见原因包括：旧的隔离培养基供体在过去 72 小时内饮酒或供体服用了其他药物，如泰诺或阿司匹林。小心去除并丢弃血浆单核细胞和分离培养基。将这些层放入可密封的试管中并小心丢弃，将嗜中性粒细胞层和嗜中性粒细胞下方的所有分离培养基移液到干净的离心文件中，以回收尽可能多的嗜中性粒细胞。
