Summary

Protocol
- 无菌手术器械(表1)和3“棉倾斜涂药放在无菌underpad珠灭菌器(Germinator 500)打开。

Discussion
冠心病仍然是一个流行病学和财政重大的公共卫生问题。大量的基础研究仍然需要了解的机制,其中损伤和重塑进行潜在疗法可以调节这些过程,如果他们将被开发为临床使用。鼠害是最常用的和广泛的转基因小鼠可使得这个物种更具吸引力的模式。
