还将硝酸纤维素纸在 1 至 100 稀释的正常小鼠和兔血清中孵育，并从 SB 两个骨髓瘤细胞中超级命名的废培养物中。将硝酸纤维素试纸在 4 °C 下孵育过夜，用印迹缓冲液洗涤四次，并与与辣根过氧化物酶偶联的物种特异性二抗一起孵育，在 2% 牛奶中稀释 1 至 1000。然后用印迹缓冲液再次洗涤硝酸纤维素纸四次。
