We beschrijven richtlijnen om een veilige en efficiënte electieve vezeloptische intubatie uit te voeren bij pediatrische patiënten met behoud van spontane ventilatie.
Abstract
Glasvezel intubatie bij kinderen is vaak vereist vooral in moeilijke luchtwegen van patiënten syndroom dwz Pierre Robin Syndroom. Kleine baby's zal zeer snel desaturate als de ventilatie is vooral onderbroken om een hoge stofwisseling. We beschrijven richtlijnen om een veilige fiberoptische intubatie uit te voeren met behoud van spontane ademhaling tijdens de gehele procedure. Stappen waarvoor het gebruik van propofol pomp, fentanyl, glycopyrrolaat, rood rubber katheter, metaal insuflation haak, Afrin, smeermiddel en lidocaïne spray zijn getoond.

Apparatuur Voorbereiding Med fusie pomp voor propofol infusie Plaats nasotracheale buizen onder verhitting matras Sluit de camera aan omvang en controleer oriëntatie Drie bewegingen beïnvloeden het beeld door de omvang: In en uit. Glasvezel intubatie bij kinderen met een moeilijke luchtweg kan een uitdagende taak 1,2 zijn en de aanwezigheid van craniofaciale dysmorphisms stelt extra uitdagingen aan tracheale intubatie 3. Het is moeilijker om deze procedure uit te voeren bij pediatrische patiënten dan bij volwassenen vooral als gevolg van kleinere luchtwegen bij pediatrische patiënten waardoor de manipulatie van de fiberoptische moeilijker omdat elke kleine beweging van het uiteinde van de firberoptic bereik loopt het risic…
