Hier beschreiben wir ein Verfahren auszuarbeiten, die Kennzeichnung von<em> Edwardsiella ictaluri in situ</em> In histologischen Schnitten von Kanal Wels<em> Ictalurus punctatus</em> Mittels indirekter Immunhistochemie mit monoklonalen Antikörpern ED9 als primäre und fluoreszierenden FITC markierte Antikörper als sekundären. Diese für den Nachweis des Bakteriums mit Fluoreszenz-Mikroskopie erlaubt.
