Una metodologia per la stima orientamento delle fibre ventricolari da immagini in vivo di geometrie del cuore del paziente per la modellazione personalizzata è descritto. Validazione della metodologia effettuata con una normale e in mancanza di cuori canini dimostrare che non ci sono differenze significative tra orientamento delle fibre stimati e ha acquisito a livello clinicamente osservabile.
