פיתחנו nanovesicles הרומן פנימי רב תכליתי בשם porphysomes, אשר יש מבנה תלוי הקרינה מרווה עצמית ומאפייני photothermal ייחודיים, ובכך פועל סוכני טיפול photothermal חזקים באותה מידה. אנחנו ניסחנו porphysomes באמצעות חול בלחץ גבוה וחקרנו את יעילות טיפול photothermal במודל גידול xenograft.
